Educate

This is the core that will bring each participant to success. The Master's Craftsmen has a holistic approach to learning that will provide both technical and life knowledge. The Master's Craftsmen will use a biblically-based curriculum to help establish healthy thinking and behavior patterns.

Equip

The Master's Craftsmen will provide the most efficient and relevant technology, tools, and resources available to help men be successful in woodworking and in life. Through training and partnerships, the participants will have access to the resources needed to become highly employable by the end of their apprenticeship.

Empower

Life is designed for community. We each have a responsibility to support others. The Master's Craftsmen will model this philosophy with every participant. Through mentorships, men will experience true community and the power that emerges when we participate in life together.
