Board of Directors
Founder and Executive Director
Mr. Showers has more than 11 years of experience in non-profit development, woodworking and carpentry. He has traveled the globe training leaders in effective community development and is currently serving as the Executive Director of Training for an international non-profit that serves approximately 1.2 million people annually. He holds a master’s degree in cross cultural communication and is passionate about helping people discover their purpose in life.
Vice Chairman
Mr. McAllister has been a successful entrepreneur with a business career spanning fifty years of organizing and managing several highly successful companies. He is currently the president of a coaching company that teaches and trains upcoming entrepreneurs. In addition, he’s an accomplished woodworker and has spent the last several years mentoring at-risk men and women.
Finance Officer
Mrs. Trussell has 20 years of combined experience in non-profit development, community development and financial development, and is an independent business owner.
Secretary
Mr. Clay has seven years non-profit development experience, is independent business owner, and a real estate professional in the Greater Springfield area.

Paul has worked for several non-profits over the past 25 years and has extensive experience in mentoring, leadership development, construction, and woodworking. He is an expert in logistics and is highly effective in developing emerging leaders.

Josh is a graduate of Evangel University and is currently working as an Assistant Field Superintendent for a major construction company in Springfield, MO. Josh has done woodworking for several years and has training and experience in marketing and business development.

Dayton is retired from a career in higher education; he served as the president of a Christian college and was the Executive Director of the Christian Higher Education Department for a national religious
movement. He is an accomplished woodworker and has extensive
experience in mentoring.
